How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Dangerunlikely Heating & Air to get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you contacted Dangerunlikely Heating & Air
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we matched you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work in your home, start with the provider. Keep a written record.
Still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider who keeps falling short may be removed. But Dangerunlikely Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or make choices for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@dangerunlikely.lat. Please include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened, and what outcome you want
After You Write
We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually in a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may mean contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Not Happy With Our Answer?
Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state consumer protection office, your state attorney general or your local Better Business Bureau. For issues with an HVAC contractor, your state contractor or mechanical licensing board may help too.
